Out with Sec 1/2 clique in town! / Wednesday, June 20, 2007

Meeting with friends: 11.30am
Actually met them at: 12.30pm

Well, i wasn't the only one late. In fact, i was the second earliest to reach Orchard. Poor Yi Xin has been waiting there for about an hour. Yikes! But she said she took this time to people-watch, so it wasn't that boring. lol. We went to Tangs's toilet and shopped around. Soon, Yan Xin came to meet us at Tangs. Wow, she was decked in black formal wear. Actually she's going for a steamboat dinner later, so..
We're left with our last friend. Yu Ling. I haven't seen her for so long, like since Sec 2! So i'm excited to see her.

Today, we came and met for various purposes:

Yan Xing- Buy a formal dress for a convention
Yi Xin and me- Buy HMV cds with voucher, get 'sisterhood' um.. object (ring or sth)
Yu Ling- eh... i guess... juz hanging out with us? haha

We were searching for formal dresses with Yanxin, and at last decided to pick dresses for ourselves to try out. Lol. We're back to our crazy, love-trying-out-clothes self. Took many pics of us in the dresses (Can't help it lah =P) Yan xing couldn't find sth she liked. Oh well, the price tags are enough to make me wince.

Finally. Yu Ling appears. Gosh, she didn't change much. Missed her! So we talked and went on to the next shopping centre. Eh.. and what was that? Shoosh. STM.

Alright. Anyway i remembered that we went to Far East to get our "sisterhood object". Found a accessories shop and took our time to pick a ring. I found something simple and nice, so each one of us bought a ring with the same designs. We bought one for Sharna too, who couldn't make it today. This was then when a girl came up to me and asked for my height. I was puzzled. Then she explained to me that she's looking for new faces for a mag or sth, so she asked for my name and contact no. Um. Okay. That was so sudden. So, i wrote my name and hp no down. Er.. no comments.

We went around to shop further. Wisma Atria-Topshop, Forever 21, Taka-Zara. Had my lunch at Taka. And let me tell sth totally gross. While queueing for fried hokkien mee, i saw this huge rat crawling at the top of a small platform above the cooking area! I was like OMG. It was super gross. The rat was really huge, and it was like trying to get down from the platform. Gosh. What will happen if it falls and lands..on... OMG freaky!!
I ate at that stall anyway, b'cos the pan frying my food wasn't under the platform. I doubt any of the other customers saw the rat. Yikes.

We went to Heeren and hanged around at HMV. i got the VCD Open Season. Saw lots of stuff on sale, but we still didn't have the money to buy.. so.. it was pointless shopping in those expensive shops like Queen's Couture and Ed Hardy. Finally, Yanxin found 2 dresses that she really liked at Chaos. We went over to help her make a decision. She got her dress after much thought. Took neoprints after this. We took a long while designing the pics. lol. Saw someone at the printclub that made me and Yixin laugh!

By the time we're done, it was already about 6pm. Ooo, no time for movie already. Yanxin gotta go off for her steamboat dinner, and the rest gotta dine at home. We took last min pictures with yanxin's cam at the Somerset mrt platform and on the mrt. It was hilarious. Yanxin was on the phone and we were hurrying to take pics with her, so she told the person on the line to "wait ah" then *snap!, then for the next person, "wait" then *snap! Lol.

Reached home at about 7pm. Everyone was out. Feeling soo tired. Was so tired and blur that i knocked my head against my door accidentally! Now there's this bruise on my forehead! Argh! Blur sotong!!

Went online early tonight. I planned to blog quickly and then start studying after that. I checked out SPG blog and added some of my seniors. Chatted with Jaslyn about revision and our 16th birthday celebration. Her story was soo touching i almost cried. Serious. I was amazed that such a thing can happen in reality. Oh, i also promised her i will teach her how to play the song Superman by Five for Fighting on the guitar. *Gotta rmb that. Also, maybe after exams, we'll meet up and go exercise tgt! Yeah, finally someone who can exercise with me!
Chatted with Rach also. We talked about more serious stuff like exams and tutorials. I stayed silent for almost the whole convo, and i guess that made her feel pai seh. Lol.

So tired. Shopping drains my energy and concentration. I plan to wake up early tmr, like 12pm, to study. And i've decided. If i can't finish revision, i'll study on the day of the exam itself. And i'll remain calm about that. I refuse to give myself unnecessary stress.(=

write about yourself here like how you lived through a crisis like the morrocian crisis. erps, have you studied about that before and about your test, how easy it is and how much confidence you have to pass and get all A1s for all subjects, add in your own wish here, and what you would do if target is not reached, like slash your wrist, eat many many painkiller pills at one shot and die. lol it's suicidal thoughts. stay away from that. but you need to enter a reality, everyone's doing that- it's the trend, so why not follow it. unless you want to be an odd one out. cause slashing wrist is soo common in girls school not in boys school. boys suicide, just like die gracefully from 30th storey, just look on the bright side, maybe you have lived in a lie too long and so you have found out the turth now, just think. optimist wins. you have entered into a world of reality



We know life's hard, truth is hard, lies are hard, they are all hard to accept when they have been found out, and i'm rushing history homework on the Abyissian Crisis about Italy and Abyssia going into war and that the League Of Nations cannot stop this from happening, and beacuse they are formed by means to stop war and peace-keep the countries together, they have thus failed to achieve that. I think i tend to hold a class for history instead of telling you about me, i'm basically a what subject-realted lover (humanities) and thus I am more analytical and critical about things, and likes to study about dead people, haha. lol. it's history what can you expect and also geography, it amazes me. I really like it alot, so what have you? Again to find this answer you need to enter into your own reality and reflect




it's amazing. amzing how people change the way of things, like how I used to hate outdoors in Band felt it was a complete waste of time, i've acquired to like it more, i guess people change, their thereotical means and applications in life just goes on into a new direction, and see things in another perspective, i guess- it's all in the mind. It really amazes me how these comes into action, from someone so pessimistic has changed his own view of things, and thus my friend is scoring much better, being more optimisitc and not think of his old way of suicidal thoughts, which are pretty daunting. and thus we need to see things, in another light, another perspective and another new way, to enable us to open up our minds, and make more new things, the new way it is. done with the old back with the new
