Yeah.. end of Week One of Sem 2... / Saturday, September 29, 2007
Today's stats tute at 8am was cancelled. Was supposed to go for Pacc tute at 10am, but i overslept. =='' I really intended to go de, even tho today is just go to know our mst results. But at last i overslept.. hee. Anyway, my results sucked. 10 more marks then can pass le.. pissed.
Gem Music Appreciation...
Today An Qi crashed my music appreciation course. What an experience. Since i didn't attend tute, so i met her at Hougang mrt to go SP tgt. We first went to fc 4 koufu, but it was super packed, so we climbed the hill up to Biz blk. Ate ice kacang at FC 6, then went climbed down the hill again to go for GEMS at 1pm.
The lecturer for M.A is petite and stout (i got no other way to put it xd) and quite naggy. At first, an qi and i thought we dun need to worry about being caught cos attendance is taken by tapping yr sp student card on a device in the wall. But horrors of horrors, the device not working today, so the lecturer's going to take attendance manually. At the later part of the lesson, we had to form grps for projs. We freaked out again. There's this group of friendly girls we became grps with, then i had to tell them that an qi is not a student from SP >.<>

Mm.. music appreciation quite interesting la. I'll be learning about composers and types of music.. and if i didn't hear wrongly, i'll also learn how to play the keyboard!! cool la! And the module is quite easy to score. 4 Tests 10% each. The tests are simply filling in blanks for your notes during lecture, if miss out can always go Bb to check ans lo. But assignments kind of tough le. Got quite a lot of stuff to do..... hai.. dunno hope i'll just basically enjoy myself in this gem, cos i think if there's interest, u'll sure can do the assignments de...
After Gems, i went to moberly. Had to walk past Fc5. There's a crowd there already, that means Hey! Gorgeous crew are there liao!! I want to see Ben Yeo.. haha he looks so funny la. i saw Fiona. She quite small-built, but very fair and pretty. Gosh, i had to squeeze thru a mob of ppl. Caught sight of te contestant on stage. he playing guitar and singing a Bon Jovi song, but he sing out of tune de.. yikes! Can't wait to watch it on tv on 22nd Oct!
I joined Rach at the relax corner at moberly.... wah... air con and cushion sofa... kaoz.. those ppl at fc 5 must be crazy to give up this luxury and choose to squeeze like hell there.. lolx Chilled out and made a few calls to ppl who signed up for SPG during the cca drive to ask them to come down for interviews. At about 4.20pm, i went to fc5 for lunch with Rach. Rach ate nachos and i ate curry puff with cheese. lol..
I tried to find my way from moberly to spg clubhse without having to cross the field cos there's football practice or game going on, so i dun wanna get hit by the ball while walking by. Finally found my way totally by "trial and error". I walked the fc 3 side and pass the engineering sch. Went for prac. i'll be performing for tmr's President's Challenge performance. Darn. I thought my guitar friend Joniece would be in also lo.. at last she sick so it's decided she be left out. Sadded. The no. of ppl performing turned out to be only 12. what a small grp. Prac was supposed to end at 6.50pm. But those performing for tmr gotta stay back to practice even more. Yikes! got a shock when my senior told me may last until 9pm. Siao so late la!
Anyway, ya. we practiced until about 8.40 lidat. Super tired. Came home and went online to discuss about a proposal. Discuss, discuss ... all the way till bout 2am. Finally it's done. Kaoz... i'd better not do late night meetings on weekdays if not i'll sure oversleep the next day like today arh...

it's amazing. amzing how people change the way of things, like how I used to hate outdoors in Band
felt it was a complete waste of time, i've acquired to like it more, i guess people change, their thereotical means and applications in life just goes on into a new direction, and see things in another perspective, i guess- it's
all in the mind. It really amazes me how these comes into action, from someone so pessimistic has changed his own view of things, and thus my friend is scoring much better, being more optimisitc and not think of his old way of suicidal
thoughts, which are pretty daunting. and thus we need to see things, in another light, another perspective and another new way, to enable us to open up our minds, and make more new things, the new way it is.
