Chalet was Great! / Friday, December 21, 2007

It's been so long since i blogged. Came back from chalet at downtown east last Wed 17 dec... and i tell u, it drained my energy totally Lol.. I spent Thursday plain sleeping!

Ok, details.

We checked in on Monday. It's the four of us, Hong Siew, Justina, An Qi and me. My mum fetched me there cos we need her ntuc card to check in. As usual, i was late. When i went there, i caught the three of them staring in one direction, as if there got a grp of guys like that lah.. Lol. Then later they told me An Qi had been bluffing HS and Justi that i reach already, like "Bernice come already!", for the past dunno how many minutes haha.. The check-in area was packed. And the queue was like damn long lah. An Qi and i queued tgt, and got a grp of guys behind us kept scolding hokkien and chinese vulgarities among themselves. It was sooo irritating! Like how childish can they get man??

The weather was ~ugh. We quickly walked to our room in the drizzle. The room was really cosy and nice. I think we are the most high tech grp at chalet lor.. hahaha. I brought my laptop, An Qi brought PS2, and HS brought speakers. We were laughing at HS's speakers cos hers is the normal home speakers with all the wires, and we expected the small portable one haha.

We slacked at the chalet, eating lots of chocolates and playing PS2. In the evening we took bus to White Sands to get out bbq stuff for the next day. Everything totalled up to $50 plus.. whew. We went back to the chalet to put our stuff then went out for dinner take away cos outside got a lot of PKs (we gave pai kias this nick tsk tsk). Then back at chalet, we exchanged xmas gifts. I enjoyed that moment a lot... like can really feel the xmas atmosphere lol. We played Resident Evil on PS2, it was damn freaky lah.. i cannot play this kind of games haha. Zombies will appear anywhere, and some more the controller will vibrate when u get hit! Lol.. i literally threw the controller at Anqi lah hahaha. After that we played cards and chatted until like 5am. Gosh.. i want to slp de lor, but kena force to talk haha.. But it was nice to chat and catch up with old times la.

The next day we went out for lunch and then had movie marathon at the chalet. At about 6pm, we went to book the bbq pit right outside our room's back door and started fire. Later, Aq's bf and may gee and pei xian came over for the bbq. The bbq went very well, unlike last year's! Last yr's one was like failure hahaa.. Our fire kept blowing out, and we started earlier than the family bbqing near us, but when they started eating already, we were still like struggling wif the fire! So paiseh lah haha.

I eat until damn full, kept standing there and bbqing stuff after stuff... lol. After dinner i sat in the room with Aq and her bf to play with her some motorbike racing game. The rest sat outside to chat. I didn't want to join them cos i not so close to mayge and peixian. Somemore our neighbour is a grp of PKs, and they were hanging around near our pit, dats y i dun wanna go outside haha. During dinner we drank something called Bacardi Breezer. AQ's bf bought like 7 bottles of them! Sure v. ex de lor! It's a fruit-flavored drink with a % of alcohol in it. I dun really like it, cos there's a bitter aftertaste. But beer or wine is worse! Ugh~ so bitter.

That night was bad. i didn't slp well AT ALL. It was like 5am already, and we started dozing off one by one. Maygee stayed over, so there was one less space avail. Cos i was watching dvd at the bottom of the bed, then Justina fell asleep at my place, and HS fell asleep at Justina's place, then Maygee fell asleep at HS's place, then i got nowhere to sleep! lol. I kept calling Justi but she never wake up ==', so i tried to slp at the small space i was sitting lol.. Ok, i failed cos until 7am i cannot take it already and went toilet to wash up. Finally when i came back, justina woke up and asked me to share the bed. FINALLY she woked up Lol.... now that explains why i slept for the whole day on thursday. Eh.... next time i dun care le k, for any chalet if i dun get my place to slp i follow maygee's advice, kick ppl off the bed le ar... wahaha..

Oh, not to forget AQ, she was sleeping on the pull-out bed with her bf. Yea, he stayed over. lol.

The next day, we checked out and went to White Sands for Mac breakfast! So long never eat mac breakfast le.. Justi's bf met us at downtown east when we checked out and joined us for breakfast also. After that, the couples separated from us while me and HS accompanied maygee to a petstore to get something.

Then HOME SWEET HOME.

I really enjoyed the whole chalet a lot. Especially the xmas present exchange and chatting. Okay, and i know i dun plan stuff a lot. U guys always do the planning de hahaha.. ok lah, the next chalet i plan okie? The date and so on..

write about yourself here like how you lived through a crisis like the morrocian crisis. erps, have you studied about that before and about your test, how easy it is and how much confidence you have to pass and get all A1s for all subjects, add in your own wish here, and what you would do if target is not reached, like slash your wrist, eat many many painkiller pills at one shot and die. lol it's suicidal thoughts. stay away from that. but you need to enter a reality, everyone's doing that- it's the trend, so why not follow it. unless you want to be an odd one out. cause slashing wrist is soo common in girls school not in boys school. boys suicide, just like die gracefully from 30th storey, just look on the bright side, maybe you have lived in a lie too long and so you have found out the turth now, just think. optimist wins. you have entered into a world of reality



We know life's hard, truth is hard, lies are hard, they are all hard to accept when they have been found out, and i'm rushing history homework on the Abyissian Crisis about Italy and Abyssia going into war and that the League Of Nations cannot stop this from happening, and beacuse they are formed by means to stop war and peace-keep the countries together, they have thus failed to achieve that. I think i tend to hold a class for history instead of telling you about me, i'm basically a what subject-realted lover (humanities) and thus I am more analytical and critical about things, and likes to study about dead people, haha. lol. it's history what can you expect and also geography, it amazes me. I really like it alot, so what have you? Again to find this answer you need to enter into your own reality and reflect




it's amazing. amzing how people change the way of things, like how I used to hate outdoors in Band felt it was a complete waste of time, i've acquired to like it more, i guess people change, their thereotical means and applications in life just goes on into a new direction, and see things in another perspective, i guess- it's all in the mind. It really amazes me how these comes into action, from someone so pessimistic has changed his own view of things, and thus my friend is scoring much better, being more optimisitc and not think of his old way of suicidal thoughts, which are pretty daunting. and thus we need to see things, in another light, another perspective and another new way, to enable us to open up our minds, and make more new things, the new way it is. done with the old back with the new
