21 Dec picnic and BBQ / Sunday, December 21, 2008

I had my first picnic in my life on 21 Dec 2008! Plus bbq in my own home! That's quite a record to me. At first we planned a trip to the zoo, but a little ex, so settled for picnic.

Anw, picnic at East Coast Park was damn fun. Argh, all the pics are with HS cos she brought her DSLR there. (Here's another reason why i want one myself.) It's just the 3 of us, Justi, hs and i. I was damn late cos i had stomachache right b4 i left hse, then i forgot the picnic mat. Walk to the bus stop alr, then my sis call me, had to walk back agn. Btw, my picnic mat is my sis one, got Big Bird and A-Z pictures lol. Thank god it's a super sunny and freakin hot afternoon, and not raining.

We made tuna and seafood sandwich and biscuit with justi mom's special recipe spread. It's chicken with walnuts, mayo, and cranberries. Nice!! Half eat half ppl watch. Erhem, too bad mostly there is topless guys. Halfway, got 2 young guys walked towards us. We thought they're fellow picnicers like us, then they ask us want to buy teddy bear for $10 (They're bags are full of xmas teddy bears.) We at first dont want de. Then hs slowly rationalised that $10 teddy bears are counted cheap, while the 2 guys walk away. So justi acc hs to literally run after the 2 guys for the teddy bears. I sat at the mat and eat my sandwich. And what the guys said to them was damn funny lah. justi say she want to buy the bear, then the guy in pink was like orh, i thought u want my number. haha!

When eat until too full alr, we played some number game with a chinese name. Shit forgot the name. The loser had to eat one sandwich. Think i lose 3x, justi 3x and HS ONLY 1X!! No fair. She needs the calories. After the eating game, we played daidi until it looks like it's gonna rain. Overall, picnic is fun. It's just plain relaxation, just a grp of gd friends hanging out tgt and ppl watching and eating. Almost similar to the tai tai feeling, just the younger version. haha

Anw, we went to my hse after picnic. My whole family will join in the bbq also. Before the bbq, we 3 went to play badminton at the open space. Thanks to Hs, we each now have a personal collection of unglam photos in her dslr. "Badminton in action". Still thinking whether to upload them or not haha =P

Bbq was nice.... we bbqed on this huge metal tray lots of food cos this time my dad bought what he liked to eat, like good prawns with no shit, self marinated chix wings, mini hot dog, bacon etc. I know hs and justi may feel quite uncomfortable with my family arnd.. sorry. the only time to bbq when my family not ard is when they're out or on vacation w/o me. So, yup.

After dinner, i drank breezer and some of that 40% chivas regal whiskey. Crap, think i got drunk cos after that i said lame stuff and hs and justi kept saying something about the old Bernice and the new bernice. Lol. It's scary what alcohol can do to people. I dun wanna get caught drunk outside my home. Ever. haha We exchanged xmas presents. Hs made some sweet cookies with our names on it and the word Pebbles, while justi gave us a nice porcelain friendship box from precious thots. Mm... mine.... havent complete yet. oops. Mine is super tedious!! Will definitely complete and pass to them b4 xmas, confirm!

It's 21 dec. In 7 days, sch reopens. DREADS!!!! Which means the due dates for the 5 projects are approaching. Only one project seem to be in progress so far. Haiz, seriously no mood for proj lah, bet its the same for the rest.

write about yourself here like how you lived through a crisis like the morrocian crisis. erps, have you studied about that before and about your test, how easy it is and how much confidence you have to pass and get all A1s for all subjects, add in your own wish here, and what you would do if target is not reached, like slash your wrist, eat many many painkiller pills at one shot and die. lol it's suicidal thoughts. stay away from that. but you need to enter a reality, everyone's doing that- it's the trend, so why not follow it. unless you want to be an odd one out. cause slashing wrist is soo common in girls school not in boys school. boys suicide, just like die gracefully from 30th storey, just look on the bright side, maybe you have lived in a lie too long and so you have found out the turth now, just think. optimist wins. you have entered into a world of reality



We know life's hard, truth is hard, lies are hard, they are all hard to accept when they have been found out, and i'm rushing history homework on the Abyissian Crisis about Italy and Abyssia going into war and that the League Of Nations cannot stop this from happening, and beacuse they are formed by means to stop war and peace-keep the countries together, they have thus failed to achieve that. I think i tend to hold a class for history instead of telling you about me, i'm basically a what subject-realted lover (humanities) and thus I am more analytical and critical about things, and likes to study about dead people, haha. lol. it's history what can you expect and also geography, it amazes me. I really like it alot, so what have you? Again to find this answer you need to enter into your own reality and reflect




it's amazing. amzing how people change the way of things, like how I used to hate outdoors in Band felt it was a complete waste of time, i've acquired to like it more, i guess people change, their thereotical means and applications in life just goes on into a new direction, and see things in another perspective, i guess- it's all in the mind. It really amazes me how these comes into action, from someone so pessimistic has changed his own view of things, and thus my friend is scoring much better, being more optimisitc and not think of his old way of suicidal thoughts, which are pretty daunting. and thus we need to see things, in another light, another perspective and another new way, to enable us to open up our minds, and make more new things, the new way it is. done with the old back with the new
