[Chalet pictures with HS]
Our chalet didn't exactly turn out to be a success, cos at the end of the 3rd day, i wasn't in a good mood. Guess it was the same for the rest, but for obvious different reasons.
Initially wanted to ask rach, nina, kim and nat along. Clubbing would be fun as a whole grp. but there were quite many last min changes, like 2nd night not gg clubbing, so i doubt any of my side would come. Kim in msia and nina is gg through a tough time. Awkward. And as expected, what i feared happened on the 2nd night.
On the 1st day (14 Dec Sun), we checked in late cos the room keeping auntie not ready yet, so we are allowed to check out at 11.30am instead of the normal 10.30 on Mon. For the first day, its just Hs, justi, justi's bf and I. The late check in thing kinda spoilt our mood alr. After walking around we sensed the ulu-ness of the pasir ris chalet. Later we found out there's no dvd player in the room. Then the toilet got cockroach. What a great way to start a Pebbles gathering. Cos it's the first time we're hanging out with justi's bf Darwin officially, it was kinda awkward initially, but later as we played cards and laughed, not so shy alr. No Escape theme park, cos it was raining :(
In the evening, we took bus to IKEA for dinner. It was packed! Got chance to ppl watch haha. I ate vegetarian pasta while the rest had the swedish meatballs. Ok, i now change my opinion of the meatballs. They're not so bad, if accompanied with the potato sauce thing. After dinner, off to Tampines Giants to shop! Supermarket shopping is fun! We bought our bbq stuff and our breezer alcohol (which is cheaper than cheer's). The stuff were like damn heavy, and somemore have to walk deep in from downtown east, so we just took taxi. More cards then Darwin had to go home. Supper of waffles for me and tang yuan for hs and justi at the food stall opp cheers. Also ate macs apple pie and cookies which Hs made for us. Then sleeping with the music on... and freakin noise from the room next door.
2nd day, we ate cup noodles for b/f. At bout 1pm, hs and i went to eHub to look for cakes while justi and darwin stayed at the room cos J's sick. We intended to like celebrate Pebble's 18 birthday tgt, cos some of us didn't really have a proper celebration. Finally bought a tiramisu one at emicakes. We went for pool at pasir ris chalet there (2 bucks per game). Was supposed to meet guitar peeps to help em check in. Met alastair and jh at our pool table. Pool is kinda fun, but i totally suck at it. Can't balance my hand so when i try to hit the ball, i blankly miss it. Halfway, hs's 3 friends Dom, Cheryl and Jericho came over. They went to eHub first.
After our pool game, we went there to find them at arcade. Justi and darwin went to buy some food, so i'm left with hs and her classmates. Nothing to say. Felt like gg back to the chalet cos it was damn awkward. It's hard cos yr trying to appear friendly, but you dunno wad they are laughing about, so u cant join in. It would be better it were just like 1 or 2 of the friends, but 3 is like quite a clique alr. Sure feel left out de.
"Maybe it's time i get a bf" That's what i told nina in an sms while at the arcade. Ok, right now i cant believe i said that la. Even tho almost all of my friends around me have bfs alr, i just dun feel any peer pressure yet. By having a bf, you are assured that he won't pangseh you no matter what.
When J&D came backto find us, i wanted to go back to chalet w/ em to prepare the food, without much thought. We peeled prawns and got our fingers all slimy and yucky! And only halfway while justi is removing the prawn shit, did we realise thats not the prawn shit. The prawn has 2 black lines at the top and bottom, so we dunno which one is the shit. hahaha Strangely, I didnt feel like a lightbulb when with justi and darwin. It's nice to know that some girls can balance btw bf and friends. It's not easy k, as seen from real life examples around me. Thanks j.
Dom brought mahjong and they got 3 kakis. Left one. Hs kept asking me to play with them. quite reluctant to. Was alr in a bad mood. At last i did, and it was quite awkward. Like dunno where to start and what to say. Think gotta blame my mood also cos during the game also dun feel like talking.
Aq and qh joined us for bbq. Guess the variety wasn't a lot, but still filling. Cheryl also ate a lot haha. Spent most of the time in the room with justi, darwin and aq. Qh was bbqing for us outside. Halfway thru our bbq, one guy from the next chalet came over to ask for a chicken wing. Damn funny and weird can. Later realised they playing truth or dare. lol I heard that same guy kena dare again, came over our place to say the chicken wing very nice. haha We played mahjong again, this time with aq, justi and darwin also. Oh, i met siew hwa at the chalet. Saw her walking past and she kinda lost her way. What a small world haha.
After that, hs went to beach with her classmates. Justi was still having fever so she and darwin stayed at the room. Aq and qh wants to go arcade. Haiz, this feeling sucks. I seriously didn't have a choice. I def cant join hs, so i have to choose between justi and aq, both of which i'll become a lightbulb. And even if they say i wont be a lightbulb, i still feel bad lah. Like disrupting them lidat. Went to arcade with aq and qh. To be honest, it felt better being a lightbulb compared to trying to join in the fun but dunno what ppl are laughing about. We played some zombie shooting game called Silent Hill. After 1 round cant take it alr, pass the gun to QH haha. aq wanted to play this taiko drum thing. Could tell they starting to get sian esp qh. We met hs after her friends went home.
Back at the chalet, hs was kinda emo cos there are 2 couples in the room. For once, we're on opposite channels. I wanted to go in and play cards, cos couples aren't that bad. We both sat outside and wanted to drink, but no bottle opener. Maybe that was a good time to "chat". But its quite tough cos hs wouldnt understand how i feel. She was accg her friends the whole night. Then qh came out and join us. hs's expression said everything. Sometimes ppl can get too-concerned haha. He borrowed our neighbour's a malay family's guitar and played some songs. Kept asking me what i want to hear/sing, but i wasn't really in the mood, so i just stared at the grass. Think he know he came at the wrong time, so he went back inside. b4 that he went to our nearby neighbour to borrow bottle opener for us.
Justi came out cos she see us both so emo. When aq came out from her bath, she also joined us. She was asking us we emo about what. Actually, we dunno where to start, cos we feel differently. It's weird for me to say it in hs's face, and it's weird for hs to say it in aq and justi's face. So in the end, we didnt talk much. Ironic. So hard for the 4 of us (and just the 4 of us) to get tgt, yet we're so emo when we have the chance. While we emo-ing, our neighbour that guy who asked for the chicken wing, came and asked us if we wanted a Chivas regal whiskey. Say they leaving tmr cant drink finish or something like that. I just said leave it with us. Alcohol content= 40% hahaha Later the 4 of us went in to discuss why they so nice to us. Maybe they guilty that he came 2x to disturb our bbq with the chicken wing thing. Or maybe they guilty that they made so much noise ytd.n Or maybe they guilty in advance, cos they'll make a lot of noise tonight, so 40% should be able to knock us out so we'll ignore the noise. haha Anw, the rest dare not to drink, scared the guys did sth to the drink. I brought it home then hahah.
In the room, we calculated all the expenses. Damn headache. And something that someone did further pissed someone off. lol So on the way home the next day after BK breakfast, justi hs and i were discussing this. Haiz headache lah. I dunno which side im on. Well, he didn't do anything to piss me off, only that little episode during the expense counting. Can't everyone get along?? I want world peace! ^^

We know life's hard, truth is hard, lies are hard, they are all hard to accept when they have been
found out, and i'm rushing history homework on the Abyissian Crisis about Italy and Abyssia going into war and that the League Of Nations cannot stop this from happening, and beacuse they are formed by means to stop war and
peace-keep the countries together, they have thus failed to achieve that. I think i tend to hold a class for history instead of telling you about me, i'm basically a what subject-realted lover (humanities) and thus
I am more analytical and critical about things, and likes to study about dead people, haha. lol. it's history what can you expect and also geography, it amazes me. I really like it alot, so what have you? Again to find this answer

it's amazing. amzing how people change the way of things, like how I used to hate outdoors in Band
felt it was a complete waste of time, i've acquired to like it more, i guess people change, their thereotical means and applications in life just goes on into a new direction, and see things in another perspective, i guess- it's
all in the mind. It really amazes me how these comes into action, from someone so pessimistic has changed his own view of things, and thus my friend is scoring much better, being more optimisitc and not think of his old way of suicidal
thoughts, which are pretty daunting. and thus we need to see things, in another light, another perspective and another new way, to enable us to open up our minds, and make more new things, the new way it is.
